2 Scholarship Application Guidelines

By submitting scholarship registrations in the portal (`application.html`), candidates and parents agree to the following terms:

• All submitted marks, personal details, income statements, and uploaded files must be completely genuine and accurate.
• Providing forged marksheets or fraudulent documents will lead to immediate disqualification and possible administrative action.
• The final decision regarding selection and distribution of awards rests solely with the committee members of **Gurjar Pratibha Vikas Samiti** and cannot be legally disputed.

3 Donations & Refund Policy

Contributions to Shree Devnarayan Mandir Trust are voluntary offerings for religious development and social welfare initiatives:

• Once submitted, all religious donations and seva offerings are non-refundable.
• Devotees will receive official trust receipts for their donations upon coordination. Please contact the trust office with details of your transfer.

4 Intellectual Property Rights

This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to the Trust, including images, design, layout, logo vectors, and posters:

• Reproduction of mandir photographs, official ceremony posters, and textual details for commercial marketing without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
• Educational materials or notifications may be downloaded and shared for personal, non-commercial use only, provided credit is given to the Trust.
